Step 3: Stop Losing Leads
Now someone has chosen to contact your business, this is when your booking process becomes critical. Leads should have at least two booking options (call or form), and receive clear instructions on what to expect and what to do next.
Follow up is also important in this stage. The faster you confirm the receipt of their request and send them additional information, the less likely they will be to contact someone else and feel better about reaching out to you.
